The Team Bulletin/Broadcast E-Mail should be your primary way to communicate with your team's players/parents. By learning and using this feature, you will not need to maintain an e-mail or phone list on your own. The PYS League Athletics website will do all the work for you. You can post information to your team page and/or e-mail information directly to each team member using these features.

The contact information in League Athletics is provided by team members/parents at registration.  Members can update their own information by visiting their Family Account page.  As long as you use this feature to e-mail your team, you are ensuring that you are always using the most up-to-date contact information provided by your team’s parents/guardians.

With Team Bulletins your post are displayed on your team page with the most recent bulletins displayed at the top of the page. You can also e-mail your bulletins to players/parents by checking the Broadcast E-mail box on the bulletin page.

  4. Enter the title and write your message.
  5. You may choose to have the bulletin e-mailed by checking the "Broadcast E-Mail" box and selecting who you would like the bulletin to be mailed to (parents, players or both)
  6. Click "Submit" to complete

To edit an existing bulletin, just click on the "Edit" icon next to the bulletin on your team's page.
To delete an existing bulletin, just click on the "Delete" icon next to the bulletin on you team's page.

You may also e-mail your entire team without creating a team bulletin by using the "E-mail the Whole Team" link at the bottom of the "Roster" page. This gives you a more private alternative to posting a team bulletin.  Use this option only when you have a reason to NOT post a bulletin that your team may want to refer back to. You may also e-mail individual players/parents by using the e-mail link provided on your team roster.

SPRING TRAVEL SEASON**CYLS games that are canceled for any reason must be rescheduled. It is the Home coaches responsibility to reschedule a CYSL game. To reschedule a home game requires securing a field and referees for the game. To submit a request to reschedule a home game go to the Coaches Corner tab and then the Forms for Coaches tab.
