Facility Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: NO DOGS AT ANY TIME NO SMOKING

The following activities and/or conduct are prohibited on the Licensor’s premises by any employee, agent, participant, volunteer or guest of the Licensee:

· Unsafe, careless, or negligent behavior while engaging in Licensee's activities;

· Overloading, or causing to be overloaded, any wall, floor, ceiling, stage or electric wiring;

· Cause or allow any act to be done which will or may foreseeably injure or harm any person or persons or which will deface or cause damage to Licensor’s property or the property of others;

· The possession, sale or use of unlawful drugs or substances;

· Possession, sale or consumption of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND unless specific written permission is granted by the Licensor and the necessary permits are obtained by the Licensee from the Town of Lancaster;

· Use of any tobacco products;

· The playing of golf;

· Pets of any sort;

· The use of off road motorized vehicles and skimobiles;

· Hunting;

· The use of public address systems;

· The production of any unusual, noxious or objectionable smoke, gas, vapor or odor;

· The posting of any signs or advertisements at the facility without prior approval of the licensor.

· The use of Licensor’s property for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, or in any manner that is offensive in the sole judgment of the Licensor; or

· Taking up collections or making solicitations of any kind on the licensed premises. Additional Prohibited Activities on Synthetic Fields:

· The placing or erection of any structure or object which will cause the penetration of the synthetic surface

· The use of chewing gum;

· The consumption of sunflower seeds or shelled nuts;

· The consumption of food or drink other than water.

· The use or possession of glass containers of any kind;

· The use of roller blades, skateboards or bicycles;

· The use of BBQ grills or any other open flame;

· Metal cleats or spikes.

· The marking of lines onto the synthetic surface with paint, tape or any other substance.
